In-House Winding & Assembly
Stator winding, lamination stack assembly, and rotor balancing at our Morganton facility. Every motor is wound, balanced, and tested before it leaves the line.
Drive Compatibility
We validate every family against common off-the-shelf drives and controllers, so our motors drop into existing PLC and control architectures without surprises.
Test & Validation
Every unit is functionally tested for torque constant, phase resistance, and no-load current. Environmental and life-cycle cells support customer qualification programs.
Documentation & Support
Datasheets, dimensional drawings, and integration guides for every part number. Engineering support stays with the customer from specification to pre-production.
